THIS CHARGE IS NOT APPLICABLE to E-Payments set up directly through your bank such as “Bill Pay”,

or E-Payments set up through Alliance Association Bank.

   

TO AVOID $2.49/MO PROCESSING FEE:

    

1.   DELETE any 'Scheduled Auto Payments' you may have with Hignell Appfolio Online Portal. 

2.  ESTABLISH an account with Alliance Association Bank and provide the following information:

          *  TOE HOA Management Company ID #:  7406

          *  Association ID #: xxx (The first 3 digits of YOUR account number)

          *  Property Account #: xxxxxx (Call 530-894-0404 if you do not have your number)
