The $2.49 Processing Fee is only applicable to e-Check Payments paid thru Hignell Appfolio Online Portal.

​1.  To avoid fee, set up E-Payment account with Western Alliance Association Bank Set Up Account.

2.  Delete any 'Scheduled Auto Payments' you may have on Hignell Appfolio Online Portal.
