 2025 BOARD MEETING CALENDAR

​Each calendar year five (5) meetings are held on

the 3rd Tuesday of every other month beginning in

February (*unless otherwise noted). 

Meetings in December are held only if needed.

in the Tierra Oaks Golf Club Library

and 

the Annual Shareholder Meeting is held at 4:00 pm

in the Tierra Oaks Golf Club Banquet Room

Board Meeting Agendas are emailed to members and

posted at the TOE Gatehouse in advance of meetings.
