All homeowners are welcome to attend the Board meeting and observe Association business as the Board discusses matters affecting our community, including the 2027 budget and assessments.

             5:30 PM – TOE HOA MEMBERS Cocktail & Appetizer Social Hour
Before the Annual Meeting begins, please join us for a relaxed social gathering. Owners who attend will receive a complimentary cocktail, along with appetizers and the chance to visit with neighbors and Board members.

         6:00 PM – TOE HOA ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING AGENDA
The Annual Members Meeting will feature several presentations and updates that are expected to be of particular interest to homeowners. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about Association activities, future plans, and topics that impact our community. The ballots will be opened and you can meet the 2027 Board of Directors.

Your attendance and participation are important. The more homeowners who attend, the stronger and more informed our community becomes. Whether you come for the Board meeting, the social hour, the Annual Meeting, or all three, we encourage you to join us for an informative and enjoyable evening.
